Dramatic Shiba gets High; Goes to Vets

Dramatic Shiba Inu Dog HATES the vets but need to go. She's nervous and has been recommended by our vet to get high on anxiety medication for dogs before going to our next vets visit. Reducing the risk of temper tantrums, drama and shiba screams when she goes to the vets! We socialised our shibe as a puppy at our vets weekly, did puppy training and socialisation sessions there but it only takes one unhappy time for eevee and she has never reacted well since. We continue to positively reinforce trips to the vets but have since been advised medication to dampen some of our shiba's anxiety for the trips. My shiba also wears a muzzle in this video and looks like Bane from the Dark Knight Rises, I couldn't help myself! Eevee doesn't know that she has a vet's appointment in the morning and she's an anxious Doge she has to take this medication and this medication before the appointment I have to split her anti-anxiety medication into evening and morning doses all this looks highly suspicious but Eevee is not the next Pablo Escobar [Music] she's just nervous about her vet booster [tripping] focus dude [tripping] are you ok dude? you need to sleep bro the next day good morning gorgeous lady how are you feeling today? [Music] you've got another um extra special breakfast coming up and then we've got to go to the vet I mean the park she needs her morning dose, then we need to take her for a walk, then we're off to the vets it's thirsty work it's a very beautiful icy morning today Shibas just look beautiful in the winter yes that was a horse on our dog walk and no you are not tripping Eevee bruh we're here and the vet has told me you do have to wear a muzzle for this [dramatic music] no one cared who I was till I put on the mask I wasn't allowed to film the actual vets appointment but I'll have to put an edit together on what it was really like well done the vet said you did so much better than last time but you were still really anxious I just had to escort eevee of the premises because she saw a cat and she wanted to play with it the medication was supposed to calm you down eevee you seems so not calm that cat would have probably kicked your butt anyway do not tell me the medication has only kicked in now [Music]
